The operations platform behind Silgan Dispensing

Silgan Dispensing site, Dromcollogher

The challenge

A multinational dispensing and packaging plant was running quality, warehouse, freight, health & safety and contractor control across spreadsheets, paperwork and disconnected tools. There was no single source of truth, audits were painful, and every process depended on the person who happened to hold the file.

What we built

The WAPP platform - one web system covering quality management, warehouse and freight tracking, health & safety risk assessment, contractor induction and booking, and production reporting. Each module replaced a paper process, with live dashboards and automated email triggers where they mattered. The system has since grown into a global production-excellence scoring platform.

The result

Paper and spreadsheets replaced by live systems the site runs on every day - now supporting production excellence across multiple sites.

Con Brouder: enquiry to installation, in one client portal

Con Brouder interior

The challenge

A bespoke kitchen and interiors manufacturer was managing enquiries, designs, quotes and installations across email, spreadsheets and memory. Projects ran for months, and clients were often left in the dark about where theirs stood.

What we built

An end-to-end system covering the whole journey: enquiry capture, design review, quoting, production scheduling and a polished client portal that customers log into to follow their project, approve designs and pay - an e-commerce-grade experience running on a real manufacturing workflow, with Stripe payments built in.

The result

A connected platform now supports the journey from first enquiry through design, production and installation, giving staff and clients clearer information at every stage. Over 10 years of continuous development stand behind it.

Technical distribution & training

OBW Technologies: an online training academy, built and launched

OBW Technologies online training academy

The challenge

A technical products distributor wanted to deliver structured product and safety training to customers online, instead of relying on in-person sessions that were hard to scale.

What we built

A complete e-learning platform on Moodle - hosting, domain and a branded launch, with training modules loaded and a supporting video series produced in-house. One partner handled the system, the setup and the content.

The result

A live online academy the business owns and can grow - launched with three modules and the framework to add more.

Electrical contracting & construction

Flesk Electrical: a website its team can run itself

The challenge

An established Kerry electrical contractor - industrial and commercial specialists trading since 1975 - had a dated website, no way to update its own content, and an enquiry form that was quietly dropping messages before they reached the office.

What we built

A bespoke website - not an off-the-shelf template - covering services, recent projects, careers and a dedicated maintenance division. Behind it sits a full custom admin back-office where the team manages projects, services, careers and FAQs themselves, with a spam-filtered contact system that delivers every genuine enquiry reliably to the office inbox.

We also produced the site's drone footage and photography in-house - capturing live sites and completed work to show the scale and quality of what Flesk delivers.

The result

A professional site the team controls day to day, enquiries that actually arrive, and a stronger, better-structured presence in search - built to grow with the business.

Mechanical · plumbing, heating & renewables

Hayes Mechanical: from websites to a job-management system

The Hayes Mechanical Services website, designed and built by Baker Media

The challenge

A growing Mid-West mechanical contractor - plumbing, heating and renewables since 2011 - was winning work across commercial, public-sector and private projects under two brands, while still coordinating field teams and the office on paper and spreadsheets. It needed both a credible online presence and a better way to run the jobs behind it.

What we built

An ongoing, multi-project partnership: a modern website for Hayes Mechanical Services, a second site for its Limerick Boilers brand, and - now in development - a bespoke Job Management System that connects the field to the office, so jobs, scheduling and information flow in one place instead of by text and clipboard.

The result

A professional presence across the group that supports commercial tendering and recruitment today, with operational software on the way that will take job management off paper - the classic field-service-to-office fit.

Promec: five years, the full offer, one client

The challenge

Promec is an industrial servicing contractor working across three business sectors. Over the years it hasn't needed one project - it's needed a single partner for its whole digital and marketing presence, one that could grow and reposition with the business rather than hand over a website and walk away.

What we do

Since 2021, Baker Media has delivered the entire mix for Promec:

  • Website - build, speed optimisation and commercial-projects content
  • Content - drone footage, photography and on-site team headshots
  • Video - editing and LinkedIn video
  • Paid - Google Ads setup and management
  • Hosting - domain and managed hosting, looked after by us

Right now we're delivering "Promec 3 Sectors" - a live 2026 repositioning of the brand around its three core sectors.

The result

One accountable partner covering web, content, video, paid and hosting - the complete Baker Media offer, proven on a single relationship over roughly five years. This is what "we do all three" actually looks like in practice.

Woodlands: a website built for the busiest sale of the year

The Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel Voucher Sale site, built by Baker Media

The challenge

Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa runs a major annual Voucher Sale - a short, high-demand window where a large share of the year's voucher revenue is taken in days. It needs a site that presents the offers clearly and stays up under a rush of traffic and orders.

What we built

A dedicated voucher-sale website built to present the offers clearly and handle the surge in traffic and orders when the sale opens. Hosting and support are geared for the spike, and the domain is managed year-round.

The result

A repeatable, well-run revenue event the hotel comes back to every year - a long-running relationship built around its busiest sale.

Revas Spa: bookings and gift vouchers, around the clock

The Revas Spa website, designed and built by Baker Media

The challenge

Revas Spa at Woodlands offers spa treatments, a beauty & skin clinic, a hair studio and a thermal suite. It needed an online home that showcased the full range and let guests book and buy gift vouchers at any hour - not just during opening times.

What we built

A full spa website covering treatments, the beauty & skin clinic, hair studio and thermal suite, with online booking and a gift-voucher shop built in - plus ongoing support and the seasonal voucher-sale campaigns that go with it.

The result

A polished shopfront that reflects the quality of the spa and takes bookings and voucher sales 24/7 - working while the doors are closed.
